2024 October 26 Cap Trail 10M & 5k presented by Dominion Energy

Race into fall with the Cap Trail 10M & 5k presented by Dominion Energy on October 26th. This Halloween-themed run/walk event offers stunning river views with vibrant fall colors, a fully supported and marked course, top-finisher prizes, an event shirt, and a post-run celebratory beverage ticket to Stone Brewing.   The 10-mile and 5k routes take place on the beautiful, paved Virginia Capital Trail, separated from vehicle traffic. Perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels, the timed-event features a start/finish line, on-site packet pickup, cupless water stations, and chip-timed bibs. Participants are encouraged to dress up for the pre-run costume contest where prizes will be awarded for the best adult, children, and group costumes.  Early bird pricing is $38 for the 10-mile and $33 for the 5k if you register before October 1st. Plus, there is a $15 discount for participants under 18 and a $5 savings if you refer three or more friends.
